When State Rep. Terri Proud (R-Tucson) rose to explain and clarify current and proposed gun legislation in the state, several people groaned or booed her. Anti-gunner and Loughner shooting victim Eric Fuller, 63, has just been involuntarily committed to a mental health facility in the wake of his disruptive death threat against a Tea Party member who was attending the event.
