Now I have been accused by some of being racist, or holding certain political ideals as more important than justice, but that simply is not true. My position has ALWAYS been to seek justice, even in the face of an angry mob. What I want to see is the facts, not knee-jerk reactions and emotional appeal to rhetoric. So, in that spirit of finding TRUE justice, I will submit the following link to an article which, if true, will put me well on the track of accepting a murder conviction against Zimmerman.
Trayvon Martin shooting: It's not George Zimmerman crying for help on 911 recording, 2 experts say
As the Trayvon Martin controversy splinters into a debate about self-defense, a central question remains: Who was heard crying for help on a 911 call in the moments before the teen was shot? A leading expert in the field of forensic voice identification sought to answer that question by analyzing the recordings for the Orlando Sentinel. His result: It was not George Zimmerman who called for help.
Now keep in mind here, that I am not simply flipping sides so to speak. I have never said that Zimmerman was innocent, but I am also not claiming that this analysis is entirely accurate either. This is an independent source, stating an opinion outside of the court room and not under oath. I am sure someone could dig up an "expert" to say that it "certainly" was Zimmerman. Nonetheless, it is a compelling argument, that I hope to see played out before a jury. It should also be noted here, that the analyses shows about a 50/50 match to Zimmerman, but does not rule him out at all as the person screaming for help. It is only the opinion of the analyzer that he should have been able to get a closer match. What we really need to see, is a near 100% match to a comparison of a voice sample of Martin. That, in my book, would be compelling evidence that he was murdered.
