Mother Not Told of 10 Year-old's School Strip Search

The district says they were within their legal rights, even though the Assistant Principal who performed the search was of the opposite sex than the child. Where do we go from here? I mean really, how soon before we are hearing about full cavity searches being done on children by the janitor?
