I see all sorts of political wrangling over this travesty called Obamacare, but the truth of the matter is that this validation by the Supreme Court has pushed us to the far Right, not the Left. While Republican-Conservatives scream bloody murder that this government healthcare plan is socialism, or Communism, they soundly reject the fact that Mitt Romney, Republican Presidential Candidate, is the true architect of this plan, not Barack Obama. And when you accept the facts, you see no better proof that our entire political system is a sham, a rubber-stamp democracy beholden to corporate overlords and secret organizations.
"Fascism should rightly be called Corporatism, as it is the merger of corporate and government power." ~Benito Mussolini
Stop with the partisan bickering you fools.
Mitt Romney is not going to repeal Obamacare, Obama is not going to give you affordable healthcare. There you have it.
And to hide the plain truth of it all, they have handed us this...

Seeing that clusterf*ck I would rather have socialized medicine, but this ain't it. Forcing you to buy a product is not socialism, it's corporatism by government mandate. Total opposites.
I think back to when I was a kid, back in the 70's and 80's. Medical care and insurance coverage were reasonable back then. Today, it is downright unaffordable to tens of millions of working-class families. It's not that they don't want health insurance, it's simply that they cannot afford it. Mandating a new expense every month, as much as a payment on a brand new car, is not going to solve the problem. Instead, it is going to force about 20 million people onto welfare. And that's only the approximate number of people who qualify for welfare medical. but choose not to take it because of pride, hope of a better tomorrow, whatever. But just the same that is 20 million new workers on the welfare rolls breaking the back of the blue-collar worker who is next in line to get on the welfare line.
My big question is, why the hell have we seen such an explosive inflation of healthcare costs at all? Seems to me that someone has their hand in the cookie jar, forcing a monopoly on us from the start, and now they got the government to impose it as a matter of law. This mandate, while complicated on paper and looking at that flowchart, seems to have only one possible outcome. While they confuse us with charts like the one above, what we are really seeing is a consolidation of power and wealth, yet again, not a "socialist" redistribution for the benefit of the people. Just another way to put more money in the corporate coffers. This law will shut down small practices, doctor-owned hospitals, and so forth, putting all the eggs in the basket of a few companies who tell the government what to do, not the other way around. Fasicism laundered through socialism, just like Hitler did. Government proxy which mandates that you pay for corporate services, whether you use them or not, whether you need them or not.
And let's talk about those services. Less service for more money, at hundred of millions, if not billions of dollars in cost to the taxpayer. Where do they get the money? Where exactly are those tax dollars going? Who knows? I am not about to get into an argument here about our economic structure overall, but what they are planning is a rob Peter to Pay Paul scam, in which they rob Medicare from old folks, and lower our life expectancy, in order to partially fund this plan for the next few years, before it collapses like the housing bubble.
I could go off on a such bigger tangent here, but I will leave it at that for now. Please comment in the DIQUS format by clicking the comments link.
