Although we might accept that some things happen by coincidence or genuine oversight, when companies start pumping millions of dollars into product development and advertising, one begins to wonder how some of these products ever made it past the first board room meeting. And while we may get a great chuckle out of these "mistakes" some might also rightfully feel a bit more uneasy as we descend into the levels of creepiness here...
