ATF Raids Armory to Seize Private Customer Info (VIDEO)

"This isn't just a second amendment issue, it's not just a firearms issue. It's an issue of an overreaching government that wants to come into your kitchen, that wants to come into your living room, and just see what you're doing," says Dimitrios Karras, CEO of Ares Armor in Oceanside, Calif.

Last week, the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) raided Ares Armor to confiscate 80 percent polymer receivers for AR-15s. These receivers are the lower part of the gun that contain the trigger operations when fully completed. The polymer version that the ATF is contesting is not completed and requires the purchasers to finish machining it. The ATF claimed that these are unlicensed firearms, but Karras says otherwise.

"It's an object that's in the shape of a receiver, but it hasn't been completed to a point that it would be considered a firearm," says Karras. "This was a nice way for them to get their arm inside of the business and grab the information that they are actually looking for. To think that this is over a piece of plastic is ludicrous."

Karras says the true reason for the ATF's piqued interest in his shop was his refusal to relinquish the list of customers who had purchased the polymer product. He sat down with Reason TV's Tracy Oppenheimer to discuss why he plans to continue fighting the ATF to maintain his customers' privacy and other Constitutional issues at stake.

"They have trampled on the entire Bill of Rights," Karras says.

Man Who Got Into Super-Bowl Without a Ticket Interviewed (VIDEO)

In case you happened to be among the small handful of Americans that didn't watch this year's Super Bowl, you missed a pretty shocking interruption of the post-game coverage by an activist for 9/11 truth. The first video is the clip of what happened. The second is an interview with him afterward, in which he admits that he got past all security without even buying a ticket to the most "secure" sporting event in history.

25 Reasons the US should not go to war with Syria

#1 It will likely trigger world war III. Iran has threatened to attack israel if the US invades Syria, Russia already has warships there, and China intrinsically sides with Russia.

#2 The war is based on accusation, speculation and a youtube video, with no hard evidence such as chemical compositional analysis provided by any independent body. To risk world war III when doubt remains is risking the human race on a guess. UN says the report on the matter will take another 3 weeks.

#3 The last time there was an accusation of sarin by the Syrian government, the UN found out it was the Syrian rebels who had done it. [1] [2]

#4 The last time there was an accusation of any weapons of mass destruction by the western powers (US, UK, etc) using intelligence, it was wrong. No weapons of mass destruction found in Iraq.

#5 Most of the Syrian rebels are islamic extremists, notably al nusra, who are an al qaeda affiliated group. Supporting them would amount to supporting al qaeda.

#6 John Kerry was wrong in his estimates of the Syrian rebels. If he's wrong on this fundamental point - as the US secretary of state - what else is he wrong on regards to this? (Hypocrisy: John Kerry was an anti-war activist.)

#7 It's unpopular in the eyes of the American public. And would result in impeachment, possibly even rioting.

#8 The US in an economic debt of $16 trillion dollars! Each tomahawk missile costs $1.45 million!

#9 Even if the chemical weapons caches exist (which given the track record of Iraq, Afghanistan and the previous sarin gas being misidentified, is unlikely), blowing them up will make the chemicals spread out into the surrounding areas potentially killing however many civilians!

#10 Blowing up Syria for using chemical weapons, especially when the UK sold the components for it to Syria and the US uses depleted uranium shells and rounds, amounts to hypocrisy.

#11 The west is not the be-all, say-all and end-all, especially when one considers how it remains unaccountable for it's own war crimes [1][2][3][4][5] (hope you're happy with yourselves, military intel) and continues to persecute people, such as Bradley Manning, Edward Snowden, Michael Hastings, et alia, who expose the truth of their crimes.

#12 Syrian rebels have access to such chemicals as sarin, admitted to using it as such, and despite being affiliated with al nusra and thus al qaeda, aren't being targeted by the US. The same Syrian terrorists who will behead you if you don't convert.

#13 The Syrian rebels have a public track record of human rights abuses that are often visually demonstrated (Syrian rebel eats human heart, Syrian rebels use child soldiers, Syrian rebels kill civilians), the Syrian government on the other hand only has third hand accusations only in writing, made worse by the fact, to quote: "Rami Abdulrahman of the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights, which is one of the opposition-affiliated groups counting the number of those killed in the uprising, stated that civilians who had taken up arms during the conflict were being counted under the category of "civilians"" (this is misleading as it makes the armed rebels look like civilians: a civilian is a non-combatant).

#14 Such a war is untrustworthy, especially given the Saudi Arabians offered the Russians control of the global oil market if they drop their issue on Syria (and threatened to use Chechen terrorists to blow up the olympic winter games in Russia if they don't comply). They even offered to fund the US invasion of Syria. The Saudi Arabians do not have the best interest of Americans at heart: only their own selfish interests.

#15 The war was preplanned by the US and UK as early as 1957, and therefore is for selfish reasons. To quote: "Newly discovered documents show how in 1957 Harold Macmillan and President Dwight Eisenhower approved a CIA-MI6 plan to stage fake border incidents as an excuse for an invasion by Syria's pro-western neighbours, and then to "eliminate" the most influential triumvirate in Damascus.". To quote further: "a special effort should be made to eliminate certain key individuals. Their removal should be accomplished early in the course of the uprising and intervention and in the light of circumstances existing at the time".

#16 The previous, non-congress approved (congress was excused baselessly) war with Libya, resulted in Libya still being in disarray. Something they're keen to keep quiet on. As well as a few posters here.

#17 It's based largely on 'rar rar' emotional rhetoric, and not on evidence, facts, or reasoning (the fact it's being rushed through before anyone has a chance to think should clue you in). The emotional rhetoric from a child about Iraq about babies being killed with bayonets turned out to be a lie as a PR stunt by a PR firm. Silence on this matter is deafening. We don't need another Nayirah PR incident. Or another WMD incident either (funny that: both fabrications).

#18 There's clearly vested interests in invading Syria, namely, oil (just two points below Libya in ranking), thus claims shouldn't be taken at face value.

#19 Every war by the US has so far resulted in disaster: Korea, Vietnam, Afghanistan (1970s-1980s), US support for Iran-Iraq war (giving Iraq sarin), Gulf war (Gulf war syndrome, anyone?), Bosnia/Serbia, now Iraq, Afghanistan again (divided by sectarian tensions), US involvement in Egypt (divided by sectarian tensions, again), Libya (divided by sectarian tensions, again). Same screw-ups as those but with Syria, right?

#20 Fukushima's radioactive poisoning of the entire Pacific ocean (and possibly the world), a much bigger issue, is largely being ignored compared to Syria, which should raise questions of motives. Wouldn't it make more sense to deal with Fukushima and give that more attention?

But there were only 20, lol.

Thanks to Joshua Flynn for creating this list.

Julie Borowski: Why I Became Anti-War (VIDEO)

No one wanted to listen though, when some of us talked about these things 12 years ago. Some of us remembered the lessons of history. Some of us were already well aware of war profiteering, the military-industrial complex, the corporate influence over government, and yes, even false-flag attacks. Many of us were less than convinced by the official account of the 9/11 attacks from the outset, and became even less trusting in our own government when we were led into war with Iraq for no good reason at all really.

Still though, it is good to see some people are waking up, and coming around to realize some of these things now. I worry though, that this awakening of sorts is more of a partisan anti-Obama position, than a true anti-interventionist stance. Time will tell I suppose. My prediction is that a Republican will take back the White House in the next election. And then we we will see who the hypocrites really are.

So many news anchors and pundits have already shown themselves to by just that, hypocrites. They were old enough and informed enough to know better then. But now, we see younger folks like Julie here, who were blinded by the dazzle of misguided patriotism and propaganda waking up to the fact that they were lied to by these hypocrites. That they were misled by the mainstream media talking heads who nly speak out against war now that it is a Democrat doing it instead of a Republican.

I admire Julie though. She makes no bones about it that she was wrong. That is not hypocrisy. That is just what we call in the conspiracy/alternative-media "waking up."

Here is her wake up call.

My personal story on how I went from a pro-war Bush supporter to an anti-war patriot. This video is much different than any of my other recent videos. No crazy costumes or props. This is just me and my story.

Marines.com Hacked by Syria

via: ZeroHedge

Following President Obama's decision to pass the blame buck to Congress (and its oh-so-great track record of making decisions), the Syrian Electronic Army has struck again. This time right at the heart of the matter - defacing the "Marines.com" website. As The Independent reports, the US Marines received a message calling for support from their "brothers, the Syrian army soldiers" – in the form of a web attack changing the homepage of the official Marines recruitment site to a page entitled "“Hacked by SEA." The message also stated, "Obama is a traitor who wants to put your lives in danger to rescue al-Qaida insurgents," which seems to fit with many of their perspectives as we have noted previously. Full text and screenshot below...

Full text:
"This is a message written by your brothers in the Syrian Army, who have been fighting al-Qaida for the last 3 years. We understand your patriotism and love for your country so please understand our love for ours. Obama is a traitor who wants to put your lives in danger to rescue al- Qaida insurgents.

Marines, please take a look at what your comrades think about Obama's alliance with al-Qaida against Syria. Your officer in charge probably has no qualms about sending you to die against soldiers just like you, fighting a vile common enemy. The Syrian army should be your ally not your enemy.

Refuse your orders and concentrate on the real reason every soldier joins their military, to defend their homeland. You're more than welcome to fight alongside our army rather than against it.

Your brothers, the Syrian army soldiers. A message delivered by the SEA"

This will not be the last of the SEA though, as the BBC interviewed the hackers (via email) and a spokesman said the SEA had "many surprises" to come. He added: "Military intervention in Syria has many consequences and will affect the whole world. Our main mission is to spread truth about Syria and what is really happening."

Rage vs. Rage in Zimmerman Verdict

Let me tell you why I am furious over the Zimmerman verdict. Not because of the verdict, but because of the ignorant response. We have a much bigger fight to fight my friends, and we are being undermined by this sideshow designed to divide us, the real people.

It seems clear enough that the media, the powers-that-be and the willfully ignorant all have one thing in common. They want a race war. Keeping America divided along racial and political lines prevents us from coming together and directing our rage toward the real culprits behind the true injustices in our society.

Zimmerman is not a racist, this trial should have never had anything to do with race whatsoever. Zimmerman is not white, he is a Latino with black heritage, black foster siblings, dated a black woman in high school, had a black business partner, voted for Obama, and even went to jail sticking up for a black homeless man being beat up by police. Yet somehow the focus of this trial has swirled around race, rather then the facts of the case.

Whatever you choose to believe about the case, whether he was justified in shooting Trayvon Martin, whether you believe he was actually attacked, whether you believe the prosecution failed to make their case or not, this all boils down to one relatively minor incident in the overall scheme of things in this country. This is not to belittle the suffering of Travon's family and friends, or even the hardships of those in the Zimmerman camp, but really, at the end of the day, this is one of thousands upon thousands of incidents that happen in this country every day. There is nothing particularly outstanding about this case, which is why the race-card has been pulled, to make it out to be much more than it ever really was.

Nevertheless, there is outrage over the incident and the acquittal, as misplaced as it really is. The country has never been more divided. But I ask you, where is the rage when it comes to the real issues? The issues that set precedent for us all? Where is the outrage against clear, unequivocal miscarriages of justices and government abuse of we the people? We the people, of all color and political ideals.

Where is the outrage over the fact that Federal authorities stormed a whole town, and ripped American citizens out of their own homes at gunpoint, house to house, like the Gestapo, without a warrant? Personally, I think this is certainly more deserving of rioting in the streets.

Families Ripped From Homes By Police In Watertown (VIDEO)

And where is the outrage over the fact that police and the Feds opened fire with machine guns on an unarmed man hiding in a boat? A man they didn't even know whether or not was the actual Boston bombing suspect or not, and certainly had never proven was actually guilty of anything. To this day, the only evidence we have seen against the Tsarnev brothers is a pic of them walking with a backpack on, just like thousands of other people there that day. But even if there was clear evidence against him, it was imperative that he be taken alive for questioning, in the interest of public safety, to make sure there was not a larger plot and to smoke out other potential conspirators. And whether or not he is actually guilty of anything, the police still have no right to murder an unarmed man, no matter what he has done or is accused of. So where is the outrage over that?

Bombing Suspect Was Not Armed

Not to mention all of the other irregularities and subterfuge surrounding the Boston Marathon bombing.

What happened out there in Boston, that is the real battleground for our rights, as a nation, and no one is rioting, no one is protesting, everyone is just following the government version of the story without question like good little sheeple and condoning the attempted murder of an unarmed suspect. That unarmed suspect could have just as easily been Trayvon Martin after all.

We all went along with the 9/11 story too, at first. And as the years have rolled by, more and more of us have woken up to the fact that we were lied to. Maybe we don't know exactly what happened that day, but we know damn well we were lied to. And in the end, all we wound up with was a big fat tax debt for endless war, the liberty crushing Patriot Act, and Federal agents molesting children in airports.

Oh, and speaking of molesting children...

FBI Caught Pants Down Distributing Kiddi Porn

Cop Who Molested Daughters Gets No Prison

Oh, and speaking of terrorism...

Is the FBI a Terrorist Organization?

But we don't even have to look at big massive (and very real) conspiracies like this to be outraged. Where is the outrage over the rights of the few, the patriots, the people like you and I of every race, creed, religion and background?

Where was the outrage when this man faced decades in prison for exercising freedom of speech and freedom of the press to reveal police brutality against a child in a school? Where were the protests in the streets across the country when this man was convicted, setting a precedent that takes away the free speech of all of us, black, white, and across the board?

Where was the outrage when we learned that 34,000 people had been wrongfully convicted after being set up by just one single corrupt lab technician?

Crime Lab Scandal Could Put 34k Felons Back On the Streets

And of course the drug scandals with cops are incessant. In my home county alone there have been two high profile cases recently.

Cocaine Cop Gets 3/1 Years

Cop's Arrest Jeopardizes Drug Cases

I know, I know, these cases are serious enough to cause riots in the streets of every major city because of what they say about how our government treats us, but Trayvon is dead. At least those people who were ripped out of their homes in Watertown are still alive. And the little kids who were killed in those kiddi porn snuff films distributed by the FBI, well, the FBI didn't actually kill them, I guess.

Okay, fair enough. But what about when the FBI is complicit in plans to assassinate American protesters?

Then again, sometimes there are fates worse than death.

And sometimes rape does not require penetration. In this case, a schoolteacher was brutalized and stripped naked by jail guards after she called 911 for help after being the victim of a violent assault at her home.

Woman Brutally Stripped Naked by Male Deputies

Oh wait, I get it. A lot of these cases show white people being brutalized by the system. That doesn't count, in some books. And even though Zimmerman was neither white, nor racist, we are gonna spin it that way.

Don't believe the hype people. We are not eachother's enemy.

I am a white dude that grew up listening to rap and hip-hop, in a deliberate effort to break down lines of racial hatred. I still love my ol' school jams, oxtail, and friends with soul.

Do the cops racially profile? Yeah, probably, to some extent. There is moron in any bunch. But I will tell you this much. I have been that 17-year old troublemaker out there on the block that got profiled for my urban apparel. It's not the color of your skin, it's the uniform you wear.

Zimmerman himself told 911 he wasn't sure if the "suspect" was black or not. He wasn't profiling his skin, he was suspicious of his movements, that he was out of place. Zimmerman was "profiling" mode of dress and walk, body language, not melanin.

As I said, I am a white dude. But when I dress and step like I am a "f*ck the system" sort of dude, it should come as no surprise that people take notice their is a thug mofo in their midst. You don't want to be profiled? Dress like a herb and don't step like a G.

In other words, don't drive around with a "funk da police" bumper sticker and then act like you were singled out for no reason.

We have enough troubles with very real harassment by police, with very real violations of liberty, without making it a race issue.

In short, where is your rage, your anger, your protests, your riots, over the very real issues that keep us all down? It's not black vs. white. It's liberty vs. fascism.

I could share hundreds, thousands of instances of corruption and injustice. Why are we not protesting, rioting, revolting? Why are we so divided over one case of violence that is so ambiguous?

Don't believe the hate.

FBI Hides Identity of Conspirators in Plot to Assassinate Protest Leaders

The FBI knew of a plot to assassinate persons seen as protest "leaders" in the Occupy Wall Street movement, but failed to act and has continued to protect the identity of the would-be assassins.

An identified [DELETED] as of October planned to engage in sniper attacks against protestors (sic) in Houston, Texas if deemed necessary. An identified [DELETED] had received intelligence that indicated the protesters in New York and Seattle planned similar protests in Houston, Dallas, San Antonio and Austin, Texas. [DELETED] planned to gather intelligence against the leaders of the protest groups and obtain photographs, then formulate a plan to kill the leadership via suppressed sniper rifles. (Note: protests continued throughout the weekend with approximately 6000 persons in NYC. ‘Occupy Wall Street’ protests have spread to about half of all states in the US, over a dozen European and Asian cities, including protests in Cleveland (10/6-8/11) at Willard Park which was initially attended by hundreds of protesters.)

This document shows that the plot remains in effect.

On 13 October 20111, writer sent via email an excerpt from the daily [DELETED] regarding FBI Houston’s [DELETED] to all IAs, SSRAs and SSA [DELETED] This [DELETED] identified the exploitation of the Occupy Movement by [LENGTHY DELETION] interested in developing a long-term plan to kill local Occupy leaders via sniper fire.

The FBI's failure to act against this clear act of domestic terrorism against American citizens practicing Constitutionally protected activities, was "explained" by the director of the FBI's media office, Paul Breeson, as follows:

The FOIA documents that you reference are redacted in several places pursuant to FOIA and privacy laws that govern the release of such information so therefore I am unable to help fill in the blanks that you are seeking.  Exemptions are cited in each place where a redaction is made.  As far as the question about the murder plot, I am unable to comment further, but rest assured if the FBI was aware of credible and specific information involving a murder plot, law enforcement would have responded with appropriate action.

Yeah right, rest assured my left butt-cheek.

NSA Scandal Distraction From Nuclear False Flag at Super Bowl?

I have heard people theorize that whisltblower Michael Snowden might not be all the he appears to be. Some people have said that he is actually still working for U.S. intelligence services, and that this scandal is actually nothing more than a counter-intel and/or public relations operation. To substantiate that though, we would have to see some evidence of why US intel agencies would want to create such a ruckus. Could this be it? Could the Snowden scandal all be a ruse in order to distract us from the following information that is being blacked out by all mainstream press?

SWITZERLAND, Zürich — For the very first time, the shocking evidence of Obama nuclear terror whistleblower David Chase Taylor’s case for Swiss political asylum will be entered into the official court record at the “Bezirksgericht Zürich” (District Court of Zürich) on June 25, 2013.

The 9:54 A.M. hearing will be a historic step in Taylor’s quest for political asylum. After 2 years of being denied access to a good-faith asylum hearing of any kind, Taylor will finally be able to declare under oath and on the record why he desperately needs and deserves political asylum in Switzerland.

Although it has not yet been confirmed, it does appear that the case of alleged NSA whistleblower Edward Snowden is yet another elaborate scheme designed by the CIA to divert attention away from Taylor’s case in Switzerland. On June 24, 2013, exactly one day before Taylor’s appearance in a Swiss court where he will outline the evidence in his case for political asylum, Snowden has officially “gone missing” in Russia.
Taylor first applied for political asylum on March 8, 2011, after releasing a book entitled “The Nuclear Bible”—a self-proclaimed “work of love” aimed at preventing a nuclear terror attack in his home country of the United States.

Taylor’s book, released on January 28, 2011, claims to have caught the Obama administration red-handed attempting to conduct an act of nuclear terror at the National Football League’s (NFL) annual championship game entitled the Super Bowl, routinely the most watched television event in America. Why Taylor needs political asylum in Switzerland is not really up for debate; one look at the evidence surrounding Super Bowl XLV in Dallas, Texas, on February 6, 2011, and anyone would conclude that something was clearly amiss that cold Sunday night in Texas.

While there is an overwhelming amount of direct and circumstantial evidence asserting that the premise of Taylor’s book was in fact correct, a few unprecedented news headlines such as “Feds Warn of Disguised Terrorists at Super Bowl” (CBS News), “WikiLeaks: ‘Al-Qaida on Brink of Using Nuclear Bomb’” (Fox News), and “World ‘On Brink of Nuclear 9/11’ as Al Qaeda Plans Large ‘Dirty’ Bomb” (Daily Mail), give a brief glimpse into the sheer terror that Taylor’s journalistic endeavors apparently thwarted.

Interestingly, despite Super Bowl XLV being hosted in Dallas, Texas, hometown to life-long Texan and former Texas governor George W. Bush, the former U.S. President was curiously on his way to Switzerland, a country he never cared to visit in all of his 8 years as President. Once the nuclear terror plot was exposed and subsequently postponed, Bush immediately changed his plans and attended the game in Dallas. In the aftermath of the foiled Super Bowl XLV nuclear terror plot, the head of NFL security suspiciously resigned

Regardless of the growing evidence indicating that Taylor’s actions prevented a nuclear holocaust, the Swiss government appears to be succumbing to political pressure by the U.S. to deny Taylor political asylum in Switzerland. Whatever the reason, Taylor’s rights, privileges and protections under the Swiss Constitution are grossly being violated, untimely begging the following 10 questions:

Man Arrested For Filming NYPD

Shawn Randall Thomas, 47, was arrested and charged on two counts of disorderly conduct after police observed him photographing and videotaping the Brooklyn housing police sub-station in Bushwick over the course of an hour's time. The charges against him allege that he used obscene language and that he blocked the driveway to the police station. Thomas has subsequently filed a complaint with Brooklyn District Attorney's Civil Rights Bureau claiming he was harassed by an officer.

This sort of situation is a delicate one, that stands on the front line of the debate between freedom and security in modern America.

On the one hand, we have a photographer exercising his rights as an American to film as he pleases in a public area. In this instance, the man claims to be filming in order to prepare for another court case stemming from an earlier arrest. Others might say he was clearly trying to annoy the police, and to make a political statement with his actions. Nevertheless, he was not breaking any law.

Even the disorderly conduct charges against him have no merit. He did not actually block traffic in any way, as you can clearly see in the video. He was not "blocking" the driveway any more than a woman with a baby carriage would walking down the sidewalk. He did not impede the flow of traffic, even if he did repeatedly cross back and forth across the entrance. As far as the language goes, it's almost laughable that such a law is even on the books. But even if he did drop a few curse words after police attacked him, it is hardly the same as screaming obscenities over a loudspeaker to disturb the general public by offending children and little old ladies. I am sure I would not have to do much digging at all to pull out some videos of police saying some pretty nasty things to people.

On the other hand, the supposed police officer (in plain clothes refusing to properly identify himself) was within his rights to approach the photographer, to ask questions, and even to maintain an "uncomfortable" level of surveillance on him. Up to that point, the actions by police were no more harassment than the actions of the photographer. Police have as much right as any civilian to go where they please, and to talk to whoever they please. Of course, a civilian is under no obligation to engage in conversation or to answer questions, but the police there were not forcing him to either.

But then we see the arrest go down. We have already established that the arrest was without merit, and therefore now becomes a clear case of harassment by police against a photographer.  Harassment by way of assault and kidnapping.

Let's also keep in mind here that the NYPD operates the most pervasive video and electronic surveillance program in the country. They can spy on citizens all day every day, but don't like it so much when the cameras are turned back on them it seems.

Teen Could Get 20 Years For Facebook Rap

18 year-old aspiring rapper Cameron D'Ambrosio, aka "Cammy Dee" is being held without bail on a felony charge of Communicating a Terrorist Threat. The charge could keep him in the slammer for the next 20 years.

According to Joe Solomon, local Chief of Police in the Boston suburb of Methuen, “He posted a threat in the form of rap where he mentioned the White House, the Boston Marathon bombing, and said ‘everybody you will see what I am going to do, kill people.”

What the teen actually said was, "Ya’ll want me to [expletive] kill somebody?” and “[expletive] a Boston bombing wait till you see the [expletive] I do. I’m a be famous rapping, and beat every murder charge that comes across me!" according to he Boston Globe

Asking a question is the opposite of making a statement. He never said he was going to kill people. He asked if  "y'all" wanted him to, he didn't say he would or planned to. He then warns "wait tll you see" what he is going to do, and suggests he is going to make an impression bigger than the Boston bombing, but in the very next sentence tell us he is going to "be famous rapping" along with beating some murder charges, like any rapper with so-called street-cred must do.

Art and lyrics can often be interpreted a number of ways, but rather than interpreting these lyrics as a threat of terrorism, they could actually be interpreted as just the opposite. "F*** a Boston bombing" sounds like a rejection of that sort of violence, and that he prefers to make his impression by being a famous rapper, even if he has to beat a few false charges of murder along the way.

However one chooses to interpret it though, it hardly seems reasonable to see these lyrics as anything more than teenage angst, metaphor, and more importantly, Constitutionally protected free speech. After all, the Chief of police even tells us himself...

“I do want to make clear he did not make a specific threat against the school or any particular individuals..."

...but then goes on to state his own opinion as fact, that the teen threatened "to kill a bunch of people" when he did not actually do so. Granted, it could be interpreted that way perhaps. Then again, this might be a little more direct...

How I Could Just Kill A Man - Cypress Hill

Okay, so Cammy Dee mentions the White House, and the Boston Bombing. He also says "F--- Obama and F--- the government," according to reports. The freedom of speech is there, if for no other reason, but to protect our right as citizens to express dissatisfaction with the government if they come to be servants of opression and tyranny, and to keep government acting honestly in the interest of the people who they are meant to represent.
"In those wretched countries where a man cannot call his tongue his own, he can scarce call anything his own. Whoever would overthrow the liberty of a nation must begin by subduing the freeness of speech... Without Freedom of Thought there can be no such Thing as Wisdom; and no such Thing as Public Liberty, without Freedom of Speech." -Benjamin Franklin

Besides, it's hardly as if Cammy Dee is the first rapper to bash the government or a President. Check out this jam, also on YouTube:

Bin Laden Didn't Blow Up The Projects - Immortal Technique (feat. Mos Def)

Nevertheless, the mainstream media have jumped on this case to demonize the teen rapper for his free expression. One might expect that the press, even more than any group in America, would be keen to defend the freedom of speech. After all, this liberty is the very basis of their existence, in theory anyway. Corporate news sources and their subsidiaries have been quick to demonize this young man over his rap metaphors, while spinning propaganda to make freedom appear to be the work of villains.

Corporate media and propagandists have an arsenal of manipulation techniques to mold the thoughts of their viewers. The tricks are usually so subtle that the average person doesn't even notice, after all, that really is the point when it comes to brainwashing. Have a look at this one minor example.

The media printed: "(Expletive) a boston bominb wait till u see the (expletive) I do, I’ma be famous"

The actual line is: "(Expletive) a boston bominb wait till u see the (expletive) I do, I’ma be famous rapping"

One simple word changes the entire meaning of what you read in a headline. Another example of leaving things out to make you think a certain way, is when the media reported that many of the pictures Cammy Dee posted on Facebook were so terrible that they couldn't show them on TV. They did describe the pictures though, reporting that they included hings like a "wanted dead or alive" poster of himself, obscenity,  and satanic imagery.

Well, we are not afraid to show those pictures here. After all, this is why people choose underground media sources like this one. We the underfunded independent media broadcasting from basements, public libraries, and Barnes & Noble cafes are not afraid of controversy. We will go out on a limb here now, and show you this disturbing imagery.

"Outlaw"
And we will just pretend that media outlets like FOX didn't play images of gore, blood, mutilated and missing limbs, on a perpetual loop day after day without so much as a warning to keep children from seeing it. No warning even for adults to have a moment to prepare for what we were about to see. No, the shock value was a part of the media campaign, and within moments after the bombs went off in Boston, we were bombarded with these horrible images of the carnage. But they can't show you some kid on a photoshopped wanted poster, or a picture that looks like it was lifted from a crappy 80's heavy-metal album cover.

Another media source reported that the teen's Facebook page showed he has "unusual interest in gangs, violence and a criminal lifestyle."
"Satan Rulez"

Unusual? Maybe someone missed the last quarter-century or they just forgot that before Ice-T was a TV detective, he was the Original Gangster of free speech, that DMX got the white bitches sayin's it a black thang, and that Wu-Tang Clan Ain't Nuthin' Ta F Wit'. White kids from the suburbs have been emulating rap culture since Ice Cube was Jackin' For Beats and Cypress Hill effed up his good day.

It could be said that perhaps people should not be emulating rap-music culture. Some might argue that it has been morally destructive to the fabric of our society. But it is never popular ideas that need to be protected, and rap music has been there to remind us of that. Even if it serves no other purpose than to offend, it still cries out "we are free to say what we please."

Have we come to the point where morality can be put on trial? Let's not forget here too, that ideas like speaking against the King were once considered a crime, that it was once immoral for a black and whites to have physical relations, and that even elevator Jazz was once considered to be the devil's music.

It's also possible that this young guy might have been having a problem, and used his rap lyrics as a veiled cry for help, or at least an expression of a seething anger festering inside of him. It certainly appears as if he has reason to be angry, very angry. There are a lot of things going wrong in our society, a lot of things that are wrong with our government too. People should be angry. Angry at things like seeing a teenager facing more time in prison than he has spent on this Earth, for the "crime" of expressing himself. Rather than sending him to face a life-ruining felony, perhaps justice and morality would have been better served if a police officer put the young man in contact with a mental health counselor, rather than putting him through an ordeal like this. An ordeal that is sure to have a permanent impact on his life, and which is sure to have a strong influence in defining the old man this young man turns out to be.

This is also a defining point for America, for our society, for the liberty prescribed by the Founding Fathers of this nation. Or perhaps another defining point, would more accurately describe it, as the assaults against our Constitution seem relentless now, particularly against free speech.

Chinese Attacks Army at Wal-Mart

In some ways, I can understand why people are pissed off at Americans in general, and at soldiers in particular. The agenda being carried out around the globe is murderously imperialistic, and even here at home our own government is waging a cold war on it's own people.

Nonetheless, I can't help but think that someone needs to be put on the first boat back to China.

Schenectady man assaults Army captain in Albany. Shocking moment man attacked uniformed U.S. Army captain at Wal-Mart because of his military service. A crazed man attacked a U.S. Army officer at a Wal-Mart store in Albany, New York, after verbally harassing the solider for his military service, video surveillance footage shows.

Albany police released the footage after charging 47-year-old Yiqiang Wu of Schenectady with assault as a hate crime for Thursday's fight at a checkout line.

The Army captain told police that a man behind him in line began to yell derogatory comments at him about the United States and his service to the nation.

'It started with the middle finger and the officer asked if it was for him or something of that nature and it escalated from there,' Officer Steve Smith, of the Albany Police Department, told News10.com.

Police said Wu then struck the captain several times in the face.

'It looks like he displayed a great deal of restraint which is consistent with the armed forces, law enforcement and public service,' Smith said. 'We are held at a higher standard and you have to commend him for being able to have that restraint.'

The Army captain was treated for his injuries at the scene.

The video shows the officer, dressed in camouflage fatigues, confronting the man before being attacked.

Wu is free on bail.

It couldn't be determined if he had a lawyer.

Sedition Taught In Public School

Our Constitution is already in peril, and it's little wonder why when you see the Leftist agenda being carried out in our public school systems. Nevertheless, the Constitution is still the law of the land and to call for its subversion, to teach anti-Constitutional values to young students, is nothing short of subversion of government, sedition.

The father of a 4th grade student in a Florida public school was furious to discover a crayon scrawled statement in his son's back pack. It read:

"I am willing to give up some of my Constitutional rights in order to be safer or more secure."

The paper is reported to have been written after a lawyer visited the class to discuss the Bill of Rights. The teacher and school administrators claim the student wrote the statement spontaneously, of his own free will. However, the father of the young 4th-grader maintains that such a complex political statement is beyond his son's reasoning and writing skill. He also claims that other students have corroborated his son's account that he was one of several students personally selected by the teacher to write out that specific sentence.

The Collectivist Conspiracy (VIDEO)

YouTube description:

In this exclusive 80 minute video interview, legendary conspiracy author G. Edward Griffin explains how his research, which spans no less than 5 decades, has revealed a banking elite obsessed with enforcing a world government under a collectivist model that will crush individualism and eventually institute martial law as a response to the inevitable backlash that will be generated as a result of a fundamental re-shaping of society.

Griffin discusses the similarities between the extreme left and the extreme right in the false political paradigm and how this highlights a recurring theme - collectivism. Collectivism is the opposite of individualism and believes that the interests of the individual must be sacrificed for the greater good of the greater number, explains Griffin, uniting the doctrines of communism and fascism. Both the Republican and Democrat parties in the United States are committed to advancing collectivism and this is why the same policies are followed no matter who is voted in to the White House.

"All collectivist systems eventually deteriorate into a police state because that's the only way you can hold it together," warns Griffin.

Carroll Quigley, Georgetown University Professor and mentor to former president Bill Clinton, explained in his books Tragedy and Hope and The Anglo-American Establishment, how the elite maintained a silent dictatorship while fooling people into thinking they had political freedom, by creating squabbles between the two parties in terms of slogans and leadership, while all the time controlling both from the top down and pursuing the same agenda. Griffin documents how the Tea Party, after its beginnings as a grass roots movement, was later hijacked by the Republicans through the likes of Sarah Palin and Glenn Beck.

Pointing out how Republicans and Democrats agree on the most important topics, such as US foreign policy, endless wars in the Middle East, and the dominance of the private banking system over the economy, Griffin lays out how the left-right hoax is used to steer the destiny of America.

Griffin also talks at length on a myriad of other important subjects, such as the move towards a Chinese-style censored Internet, the demonization of the John Birch Society as a racist extremist group, the Hegelian dialectic, the power of tax-exempt foundations and the Council on Foreign Relations, the movement towards world government, and the question of whether the elite are really worried about the growing awareness of their agenda amongst Americans.

Collateral Murder: A Wikileaks Video of an Iraq War Atrocity

On the tenth anniversary of the United States invasion of Iraq, we have decided to share this one video as an example, and a reminder, of just how terrible war really is. The mission, muddled, the enemy, undefined, the effort, a waste of time. This video of one single incident can almost summarize the entire misguided American adventure there.

For an overview on some of our coverage related to the so-called War on Terror, a few highlights were posted on our FACEBOOK page. You might also review labels such as 9/11, war on terror, etc., in the sidebar at right.

Wounded Marine Humiliated By TSA Inspections

This is certainly not the first time we have heard about the TSA doing inspections that challenge our sensibilities.

Today, the latest headline on the subject is about a United States Marine who had his legs blown off in combat, but was made to endure a rigorous inspection by TSA authorities in Phoenix.

TSA agents 'humiliated' wounded Marine with aggressive inspection: report

Reading the story, it's certainly enough to piss off any patriot. The fact that the man is a Marine seems to be the focus of the attention being given the report and the Congressman.

Rep. Duncan Hunter said in his letter Monday that the Marine, who is still on active duty and showed TSA agents his military identification, was still forced to undergo that scrutiny... The congressman asked TSA to detail its procedures to inspecting wounded U.S. troops at airports, and to consider whether agents should show “situational awareness.”

But should it really matter if the man is active duty or not? Should it matter how he was injured or what his disability is? Not to the TSA it shouldn't. Not if we are going to accept that their job really is in the interest of public safety as the government claims.

Now don't get me wrong, I am not unsympathetic at all to this Marine, his sacrifices, and the crappy ordeal they put him through there at the airport. But really, why should it even be considered that he be exempt from this sort of humiliation and pain that the rest of the people in this nation must endure?

After all, a terrorist could pretend to be a wounded veteran, show a fraudulent I.D. that he was an active-duty member of the military, or even actually be an active-duty member of the armed forces while bent on destruction and mayhem. This is all just as possible as, let's say, airline pilots themselves having things like guns on-board aircraft.

TSA rules led to pilot’s gun firing in flight

Police nab airline pilot with loaded gun in luggage

Police take gun from distraught JetBlue pilot

Or for that matter, the TSA agents themselves could be terrorists.

Should we even be considering exemptions at all, for anyone? If for troops, then why not for police, or people who have a lot of money, or white people, or non-Jews?

Maybe it's a good thing that troops are getting a slap-in-the-face wake up call about what is happening here in this country. This is the freedom they are fighting for.

Firearms Manufacturer Restricts Law-Enforcement Sales to Civilian Standards

As of today, LaRue Tactical will no longer sell firearms to law-enforcement or government agencies that surpass the legal standard for what civilians are allowed to own and operate. For example, if you are a NY State Trooper, you can no longer purchase a rifle with pistol grip, 10-round magazine, or other common "assault rifle" style features from this company.

This news release comes from their Facebook page:
NEWS RELEASE:
02/08/2012 LEANDER, TX.

Updated Policy for State and Local Agency Law Enforcement Sales:

Due to the recent and numerous new Anti-gun/Anti-2nd Amendment laws passed and/or pending across our country, LaRue Tactical has been forced to reconsider how we provide products to state and local agencies.

Effective today, in an effort to see that no legal mistakes are made by LaRue Tactical and/or its employees, we will apply all current State and Local Laws (as applied to civilians) to state and local law enforcement / government agencies. In other words, LaRue Tactical will limit all sales to what law-abiding citizens residing in their districts can purchase or possess.

State and local laws have always been a serious focus of this firm, and we are now dovetailing that focus with the constitutional rights of the residents covered in their different areas by the old and new regulations.

We realize this effort will have an impact on this firm's sales - and have decided the lost sales are less danger to this firm than potential lawsuits from erroneous shipments generated by something as simple as human error.

Thanks in advance for your understanding.

Police Shoot Man 3 Times Immediately Upon Entering House: Hayden’s Note; the Failed War on Drugs

A joint drug task force from Weber and Morgan county, Utah, executed a search warrant on Todd Blair’s house on September 16th, 2010, resulting in the shooting death of Blair only two seconds after entry was made.

The “Weber-Morgan Strike Force” initiated an investigation into Blair’s residence with a focus on his roommate, Melanie Chournos. Police stated in their application for warrant that Ms. Chournos would likely destroy evidence upon their arrival, and requested a night time, “no-knock warrant” for the squirrely female.  However, prior to the raid, law enforcement became aware of the fact Blair’s roommate had moved out of the house.  With warrant already in hand, or rather, still back at the police station, the Strike Force decided to conduct the night time raid anyway.

Friends and family of Mr. Blair plainly admit to his drug usage, but said he was a drug addict and not a drug dealer.

After the SWAT team hit the door three times in an attempt to open it, and as the video clearly shows, Mr. Blair appears in a far hallway, shirtless, and with a golf club in his hands.

Certainly, any reasonable person would arm themselves at the sound of their front door being kicked in for fear of becoming a victim of robbery, or worse.
