Interestingly, even though there is a video, police say they cannot make an arrest becasue the fight did not happen in the presence of a police officer.

Fucked up right? Shit, in some states it a felony to film a cop. Yet they can film you all they want. And here's proof of a felony assault, and they dont do shit about it. Cops are fuckin useless when it comes to serving the people. All they serve is a broken derelict system. Goddamn revenuers and corporate fat cat security guards.
