Police-state dictatorship apparent as arrest is made in violation of Mayor's orders and First Amendment

I posted a video on this a few days ago, but here is a little more background info and an interview with a former candidate for Arizona governor.

It is important to understand that this is not just some fluke. This is blatant proof that we now live in an open police-state where the Constitution and even elected representatives of the people are subordinate to the tyranny of corrupt police agencies. It is not enough to say that there may be consequences for the police in this video. They probably won't face any consequences for one thing, but more importantly, this should never have happened in the first place! This was no accident, this was no miscommunication. This was an example of the real country we live in today. Elections, liberty, Constitutional rights, all bullshit. There is only one law today, and it is the police-state.

Happy and Sad

This is actually factual. Wrote it a few years ago when I was living out of my car and the occasional motel room.

Happy and Sad

I am happy,
But I'm also sad

I got some food,
But it was bad

My pants had holes,
But I got them patched

Then someone stole them,
And the shirt that matched

I have no home,
But I do have a car,

Too bad without fuel
I won't get very far

Had a 4.0 in college,
Even made the front page

Gee I wish I had a job,
Making minimum wage

At least I've got my health,
Well just about

Had two strokes,
And my teeth ripped out

Got a free tube of toothpaste,
To keep the keepers white

Too bad I ate the whole tube,
For dinner last night

A new bar of soap,
Scrub a dub dub

I use the sink at the gas station,
Instead of a tub

They say to be thankful,
For all that you have,

I guess that's why,
I'm both happy and sad

Caylee's Law - Do we need one?

In the wake of the acquittal of Casey Anthony on the charge that she had murdered her daughter Caylee, there has been much public outrage and a call for new laws that might have been applicable in this case, in the hopes of "preventing" something like this from happening in the future. Online petitions and Facebook groups supporting a "Caylee's Law" are abuzz with activity, but the proposals are vague and seem more to be aimed at assuaging the public's anger over the trial's outcome rather than enacting a practical code of justice.

Let us begin by looking at the fact that Casey did not get off entirely. There are already laws on the books that were and may have been applied. She served three years in jail for the four misdemeanors she was convicted of, for lying to police. A rather lengthy sentence in fact for non-felonious offenses. Child abandonment, obstruction, and perhaps even criminal facilitation might also have been charges which convictions against her might have been secured. Under Federal law she may have been charged with misprision.

TITLE 18; PART I; CHAPTER 1; § 4
§ 4. Misprision of felony

Whoever, having knowledge of the actual commission of a felony cognizable by a court of the United States, conceals and does not as soon as possible make known the same to some judge or other person in civil or military authority under the United States, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than three years, or both.

Now another three years may not be enough to satisfy the bloodlust of an outraged public, but frankly, no law really will change that. The public feel "cheated" out of a murder conviction, despite the fact that the prosecution failed to make their case. Much reasonable doubt exists that Casey was actually the person who took her daughter's life. It seems pretty clear that she knew her daughter had been killed, took steps to cover up the crime even, but there is no proof at all that she was the actual killer. For all we know it could have been a boyfriend or acquaintance, a babysitter, another family member even, we really don't know. It is easy to assume things, but convictions are not won on assumptions and guesswork, nor should they be, lest we all find ourselves behind bars on mere accusations of wrongdoing.

Now let's go ahead and look at what exactly is being proposed. The petition letter from Change.org reads as follows:

Create Caylee's Law, Not Reporting Child's Disappearance Should Be a Felony

Greetings,

On July 5, 2011, at 1:15 pm CST, Casey Anthony was found not guilty of first degree murder in the death of her daughter Caylee Anthony. The only charges she now faces are four counts of falsifying police reports, each of which only carries a 1 year prison term. Since she has been in jail since August 2008, she will be out of jail ENTIRELY too soon.

I'm writing to propose that a new law be put into effect making it a felony for a parent, legal guardian, or caretaker to not notify law enforcement of the disappearance of a child within 24 hours, so proper steps can be taken to find that child before it's too late.

This way there will be no more cases like Casey Anthony's in the courts, and no more innocent children will have to go without justice.

The case of Caylee Anthony was tragic, and there is no reason for another case like this one to hit the courts. Let's do what is necessary to prevent another case like this from happening.

[Your name]

As is so often the case with these boutique laws, they seem to make sense at first glance. It seems pretty reasonable to expect a parent to report that their child has gone missing. But why, exactly, should not doing so be a felony? Why should I be of the opinion that Casey Anthony is getting out of prison  "ENTIRELY too soon?" It seems to me that the phrase was authored on the basis of emotional appeal rather than sound logic. It was written in anger, not written as a practical observation.

Keep in mind here too that low-level felonies only carry sentences of a few years themselves. Even if such a law were enacted, Casey Anthony may still be getting out of prison after serving only a few years, sentenced to time-served while awaiting trial. Especially considering the fact that misdemeanor offenses rarely are met with a sentence of incarceration at all much less 3 years in prison.

So what level of felony is actually being proposed here? Is the author suggesting that failure to report a child missing be tantamount to murder? That a parent found guilty under this proposed law face a sentence on the order of 25-to-life perhaps? The knee-jerk response that I can hear already by some readers of this article is "absolutely! Casey Anthony should do life in prison for not reporting her child missing!"

But this proposed law is not about Casey Anthony. She will never be charged under such a law. That opportunity is passed. So we are left with contemplating how such a law will be applied in the future. Now let us imagine for a moment that you are a single-mother, working two jobs, and your teenage child often goes to stay at friends houses. You come home from work to find the apartment empty, as is often the case, and after a meal and some sleep you head back out to work early the next morning. That night you come home to be greeted by police with the most terrible news a parent could ever imagine. That your child has been found dead. Oh, and by the way, the time of death has been placed at 30 hours ago, and you are now under arrest facing life in prison for failing to report that your child was missing.

We could also suppose that perhaps the child bounces back and forth between the homes of a divorced mother and father regularly. Maybe both parents live in the same area and the child goes back and forth using their bicycle or public transportation, or just takes whichever school bus they feel like taking at the end of a school day. For a short period of time, 24 even 48 hours perhaps, both working parents assume the child is with the other parent, only to find that their child has been found dead somewhere. In a case like that, who gets charged? Both parents?

And what about cases where the parent claims to have left the child with a babysitter, as Casey Anthony claimed in this case? What if it cannot be proven who was actually in charge of the child at the time of the disappearance and thereby subject to the new proposed law requiring that a missing child be reported? Are both the parent and the babysitter charged then in such a case?

Now these are just a few examples that immediately come to mind. In time, we would see many more unforeseen examples arise of how such a law would actually be a miscarriage of justice. After all, the law is the law, and does not differentiate between people who break the law with good reason or not. It will be applied to all parents, not just in cases like this one.

Then of course too, we should also consider cases of missing persons and unreported deaths other than children. In a sense, this proposed law does not even go far enough. Why should only children be protected by such a law, with a parent/guardian be held accountable for this perceived negligent indifference? Shouldn't a husband who fails to report his wife missing and/or dead also be held accountable? Or even a roommate perhaps? And then of course where does one actually draw the line? Could not then an employer be held accountable for failing to tell police when an employee doesn't call or show up to work for days?

So this proposed law actually falls short of the reaching the moral high-ground the petitioners think they are taking, while displaying a lack of logic and blatant emotional appeal.

This way there will be no more cases like Casey Anthony's in the courts, and no more innocent children will have to go without justice.

No law ever prevented a crime, and this proposed law will not stop children from being killed. Even if this law were on the books now, and Casey Anthony could be charged under such a statute, it still would not be justice for Caylee for one big, glaring, obvious reason. Her killer is still at large. To say otherwise is to assume that Casey is indeed the killer and this law is simply an end-run around justice in order to imprison her anyway even though she was exonerated of the murder charge. Laws are not there as a box of tricks in order to lock up anyone we feel like. It is not the job of the People's prosecutor to sit there and say, "Well, if we don't get the person for this crime, we have a few more crimes we can get them on instead and make sure they wind up in prison no matter what."

If we are going to go down that road, why not just throw out the Constitution entirely and throw everyone in prison who doesn't look right, or who we think "deserve" to be in prison.

Which of course now brings us to the Constitutionality of such a proposed law. The Fifth Amendment protects us from self-incrimination, and not for the reasons you may think. This right is not to protect the guilty, it is there to protect the innocent. Specifically, to protect us from threats and coercion to gain a confession to, or evidence of a crime. You throw away the protections against self-incrimination, you open the door to false confessions and torture.

SELF-INCRIMINATION: Acts or declarations either as testimony at trial or prior to trial by which one implicates himself in a crime. The Fifth Amendment, U.S. Const. as well as provisions in many state constitutions and laws, prohibit the government from requiring a person to be a witness against himself involuntarily or to furnish evidence against himself.

SELF-INCRIMINATION, PRIVILEGE AGAINST the constitutional right of a person to refuse to answer questions or otherwise give testimony against himself or herself which will subject him or her to an incrimination. This right under the Fifth Amendment (often called simply PLEADING THE FIFTH) is now applicable to the states through the due process clause of the Fourteenth Amendment, 378 U.S. 1,8, and is applicable in any situation, civil or criminal where the state attempts to compel incriminating testimony.

~Black's Law Dictionary

If Casey Anthony were guilty of any crime whatsoever involving the death of her daughter, requiring her to report her daughter missing to police would be a violation of her Fifth Amendment rights which protect her against self-incrimination. That doesn't mean a self-incrimination of murder either. It could have been something as simple as a misdemeanor charge of unlawfully dealing with human remains, or being high on marijuana at the time of the Caylee's disappearance or death even if she was not present.

Therefore, the only time this proposed law could be applied in accordance with the tenets of the Constitution of the United States, is if you first proved that the parent/guardian was in fact innocent of all other crimes related in any way to the disappearance of the child. And of course then, a person who had done nothing else wrong whatsoever, is the last person you would actually want to send to prison for not reporting their child missing.

So now we see, that what appeared to be reasonable proposal, a good idea, actually is not. So many people have said, "I can't believe this isn't already a law." Well, folks, now we know why it isn't. Because emotional appeal, knee-jerk reactions, and flawed logic should never be the basis of law. The passage of such a law would actually be contrary to liberty as prescribed by our Constitution, and another stride deeper into the fascist trend of this nation's recent history.

Texas defies Obama and executes Mexican national

HUNTSVILLE, Texas (AP) — Texas executed a Mexican citizen Thursday for the rape-slaying of a teenager after he and the White House pleaded in vain for a Supreme Court stay, saying he was denied help from his home country that could have helped him avoid the death penalty.
In his last minutes, Humberto Leal repeatedly said he was sorry and accepted responsibility.
"I have hurt a lot of people. ... I take full blame for everything. I am sorry for what I did," he said in the death chamber.
"One more thing," he said as the drugs began taking effect. Then he shouted twice, "Viva Mexico!"

Full article at link:

Not quite sure how I feel about this. I am actually against the death penalty. But since it is legal in Texas, I see no reason why a child-raping murderous scumbag from across the border should not be first in line to be sent to his dirt-nap. Especially since he repeatedly confessed.

Having said that too though, while this seems to be a clear case of justice being served on a degenerate excuse for a human being, not all cases are so clear-cut. Which is one big reason why I am against the death penalty for one thing. But for another, I would hate to think of myself as an American, being stuck in some shit-hole of a country, up on charges for a crime I might not have committed, and not being allowed to have help from the American embassy or consulate. Sets a very bad precedent for the U.S. to deny a foreign-national help from their home country.

Of course, back on the other hand, if Mexico was so great, why was he even here in America in this first place? Secondly, he wasn't here on a tourist visa. He had established himself here permanently as an illegal resident. I have little sympathy for illegals in that regard. They knew they were breaking the law just coming into the country to begin with. And in case you didn't know, Mexico is far more strict about illegal immigration than we are. Just being in Mexico illegally is a felony that can get you ten years in a prison much worse than the notorious torture camp Sherriff Arapaio is running over in Maricopa County, Arizona. .

Now granted, Mexico did abolish the death penalty in Mexico in 2005, but I really don't see what help the Mexican government could have been to this guy if he had access to the consulate, except for perhaps getting him off the hook for the execution. Even there though, and as I said I am against the death penalty, I really don't think it is Mexico's place to intervene in that way.

Let's look at it this way. If I am a citizen of New York State, where the death penalty has been found to be un-Constitutional, but I go rape and murder a young girl in Texas, should I be exempt from Texas' death penalty sentence upon finding that I am guilty, just because I was born in New York? I don't think so. I may not agree with the law of the land down there in Texas, but it is the law down there nonetheless, and it is not Mexico's place to be re-writing Texas law.

And while we are at it, let's see how Mexico deal with illegal immigration...

Mexico's Immigration Law: Let's Try It Here at Home

Alert: Americans are f@#king stupid! (terror threat issued)

Well well well. Surprise surprise. All the money spent, all the citizens harassed, all the children molested at airports, all the fascist expansion of power with the newly minted TSA, etcetera, and what do we wind up with? A terror alert that verifies exactly what anyone with half a friggin brain said right from the start, when the government started with the pat-downs and nude imaging back-scatter x-ray machines at the airports. That these new measures would do nothing to stop terrorists.

Alert: Terrorists Look to Implant Bombs in Humans

Wow, I am stunned, no one would have ever thought of that. Yeah, that was sarcasm. Wake the fuck up people. You are twice as likely to die from being crushed under a vending machine than be killed in another terrorist attack. I don't see any guards posted to make sure you get your corn-chips and cola safely. The government could give a shit less if a plane blows up, and they don't give a shit about al-Qaeda either. The people, you and I, the American who has not been lobotomized by television and junk-food, WE are the threat to their power, not some phony terror cartel. WE are the ones they are watching. We are the ones being forced to live in a prison without walls.

So they pump the propaganda at us, sell us fear, so that we beg to be deprived of freedom. They give us these bullshit alerts telling us what we already knew as if it was suddenly some genuine revelation. As if it were a plot cracked wide open by some clandestine operative embedded deep within a terror network. It's bullshit. They rattle the public, as an excuse in order to justify...

"...travelers may find themselves subjected to more scrutiny when flying in the heart of summer vacation season..."

...despite the fact that...

"Still, there is no current information that points to a specific plot involving surgically implanted explosives, a U.S. security official said, speaking on condition of anonymity to discuss such sensitive matters."

Pardon me while I laugh my ass off for a second. "Such sensitive matters" huh? Hate to tell you guys that just got the memo, but this is not breaking news, this is not ingenious tactics of a terror mastermind uncovered by a super-spy. Drug-smugglers have been doing this for years. This is a bullshit propaganda piece spun out by the Associated Press to hit the front page of every mainstream media news source across the nation.

"Aviation continues to be a special target, and evidence from Osama bin Laden's compound showed that the al-Qaida leader retained his fascination with attacking airplanes until his death in May."

Oh, is that so? First I'm hearing about it. Are you telling me that the grand mastermind of the most devastating terror attack in the history of the world, couldn't bring down another plane at any point in the next decade after the 9/11 attacks? But since we are on the topic, how about you SHOW US the evidence in documents, tapes, whatever, of this "fascination." In fact, show us some evidence that Osama bin Laden had anything to do with 9/11 in the first place, since he was never indicted and even his FBI Most Wanted profile did not mention 9/11. Better yet, show us one bit of proof that he was even killed in that compound.

Okay, so what are we going to do about this terrible threat of terrorists packing their ass with plastique or stitching a mini-nuke into their abdomen?

"Officials did not want to discuss specific security measures under consideration so as not to tip off terrorists who could seek ways to get around them."

Don't want to rile up the public just yet and tell them that by this time next year it will be full cavity searches for random hot chicks, dudes that give them a hassle, and well, kids and old folks too just to make it unbiased. Wait, here we go, the excuse for feeling up women's breasts, gotta love it.

"Surgery to implant explosives could be done a couple of days before a planned attack, said James Crippin, an explosives expert in Colorado. In order for it to work, there would need to be a detonation device, and it's conceivable that if the explosive was implanted in a woman's breast, the detonator could be underneath the breast so that all the operative would have to do is press downward, Crippin said."

So we better be diligent about really getting up under some titty fellas. Because terrorists would never think to use a remote detonator or a timed charge. Well, maybe they really wouldn't I guess. Seems to me that every terror plot since 9/11 has been carried out by some bumbling buffoon with matches and a propane tank, or underpants that sizzled rather than bring down an airliner.

"The al-Qaida offshoot in Yemen has emerged as the most inventive terror organization these days and has been behind two plots that nearly brought down planes over the U.S. The group, known as al-Qaida in the Arabian Peninsula, or AQAP, was behind the Christmas Day attack in 2009 when a Nigerian hid a bomb in his underpants and nearly brought down an airliner over Detroit."

Oh good, more official sounding horse-shit. AQAP, are you friggin kidding me here? Couldn't the propaganda artists at least come up with something a little more clever sounding? There isn't even any such thing as al-Qaeda in the first place anyway, so there sure as hell is not some organization called AQAP, but your average Joe Six-Pack eats that shit up like a bag of Doritos when you make things sound all official like that using acronyms and titles. Here, let me try. Arabs who Stalk, Shoot, Hate, American Troops. ASSHAT.I hope I never run into an ASSHAT  operative on a plane.

"'Due to the significant advances in global aviation security in recent years, terrorist groups have repeatedly and publicly indicated interest in pursuing ways to further conceal explosives,' TSA spokesman Nick Kimball said..."

No shit Sherlock. Did you really think the terrorists were going to say, "Oh darn, backscatter x-ray machines, guess I'll go back to selling used cars."

"...adding that passengers flying into the U.S. may notice additional security. 'Measures may include interaction with passengers, in addition to the use of other screening methods such as pat-downs and the use of enhanced tools and technologies.'"

Nothing new there either geniuses. Passengers are already subject to the most intrusive, un-Constitutional searches on a regular basis than any nation on the planet has ever seen. And we call this the land of the free? Pardon me while I fart in your general direction TSA.

So all in all, we have this big headline news piece, blaring an alert, for news that is decades old and reinforcing lies that have been told time and time again. This is news how? It's not. It's propaganda.

Here, get the propaganda "main-lined."

And it certainly looks like we will be seeing a LOT more of this...

Boyfriend of slain Hyde Park teen claims he has been ruled out as a suspect

The Poughkeepsie Journal reports that Mike Delarm, 19, stated in an exclusive interview with them that he voluntarily gave a DNA sample and allowed police to examine him for bruises and signs of struggle. Delarm was one of the last people to see Katie Filiberti alive before her body was found in a park off of Greentree Drive in Hyde Park, New York. It is also reported that his brother Tyler Delarm, 21, also gave a DNA sample to police voluntarily.

There was a recent fervor over rumors that arrests had been made in the case. Alarmingly, those rumors pointed to two local town police officers as the culprits. Later however, the rumors proved to be not entirely accurate. The two officers in question were not charged with any crime, but did submit to DNA testing, while one officer is said to have admitted to a relationship with the slain teen.

Previous coverage on that development can be found here:
CONFIRMED: 2 town officers submit DNA in case of slain teen

Police have refused to comment further or to even confirm if the report by Hudson Valley News was accurate after their exclusive interview with Hyde Park Police Chief Charles Broe. It is reported though, that the Chief told a Poughkeepsie Journal reporter, "The media coverage of this case has gotten so far off from where it should be."

Sadly though, the Chief has given neither the public nor media any clear, timely, or official information on the case at all. Therefore, it is the opinion of this author, that the Chief's comment has no standing. How can coverage be "off" if there is nothing to report? Or, if something has been reported inaccurately, why not set the record straight?

More details have also just emerged as to the initial report of the young woman's body being found. Subject to the state's Freedom of Information Law, the Dutchess County Sheriff's Department police blotter reveals in a Noon entry on March 19 that a cellphone caller identified as Tyler Clark placed a call to 911 and that six deputies were dispatched to the scene. They Hyde Park Police Department has yet to reveal their blotter and other paperwork subject to the same Freedom of Information Law.

Protect IP Act Gives Government Power to Seize Websites On a Whim

Law professors warn that new legislation allows state to seize websites merely for linking to other websites that host copyrighted material

New legislation that would give the US government the power to seize website domains on a whim with no oversight merely for linking to sites that host copyrighted material has been labeled a hallmark of “repressive regimes” by a group of law professors who warn that the bill allows the state to “break the Internet addressing system”.
Protect IP Act Gives Government Power to Seize Websites On a Whim

The Protect IP bill, currently stalled in the Senate, represents a death blow to Internet freedom of speech. It would turn the entire web into a clone of the YouTube model, which routinely censors and deletes material when requested to by governments or corporations and shuts down user channels without recourse.

The legislation merely codifies what Homeland Security is already practicing, seizing and shutting down websites without any form of legal proceedings and in many cases not even notifying the owner.

FDA to ban dietary supplemets formulated after 1994

(NaturalNews) In the wake of hundreds of dietary supplements recently being outlawed across the EU, the U.S. Food and Drug Administration has quietly unleashed a regulatory scheme that, if fully implemented, could ban virtually all dietary supplements in the USA that were formulated after 1994.

That means nearly all superfoods, multivitamins, detox supplements, and medicinal herbal products we have all come to depend on to prevent disease and boost our immune health could soon be stripped from store shelves and outlawed across the nation. I call it the "End Game" of the FDA's war against humanity: Phase one was the enforcement of nutritional ignorance by threatening and raiding companies that dared to make truthful health claims on their own websites (http://www.naturalnews.com/021791.html). Phase two involves "nuking" the entire dietary supplements industry by simply denying the use of nearly all the ingredients presently used in supplement products.

Is the Internet Re-wiring Our Brains?

I was just thinking about this very concept again last night, as I contemplated why I was no longer the voracious reader I once was. Even complex non-fiction books would be consumed in a week or so. A week? Who has a week to spend reading a book now? And yet, I actually do have plenty of time on my hands. Times when I sit around bored, tinkering around with social networking sites, but still the prospect of picking up that book seems daunting rather than rewarding.

This is also a concept I have considered when writing some of my articles. Will the reader even bother to read it through to the end if it is more than 3, maybe 5 short paragraphs long? And if they do, will they be able to retain the information or process the more complex concepts and information contained in the article?

Often, even in my own personal life, I will see a friend or family member suddenly shocked by something or have a sudden revelation about information that I had already shared with them on numerous occasions previously, but that they failed to actually process and retain for one reason or another. I tend to be a bit of an outcast these days in fact, branded a "conspiracy theorist" as if that were actually a bad thing, because much of the information I share cannot be captured in a 30-second soundbite and is therefore relegated to being "out there" regardless of how factual the material may be. The information may not be popular, something that the coffee break room is abuzz about, or directly pertinent to a person's next hour of life, and is therefore discarded as somehow being irrelevant, but in the meantime the person is actually suffering each and every day for reasons that are actually quite easily explained.

Take money for example. We never seem to have enough of it, there always seems to be less and less to go around, indeed, today one in seven Americans actually live below the poverty line. But does anyone bother to actually learn why? Do they actually understand how the economy works? Of course not. It is easier to just blame the victims, and say that poor people are poor by their own choices and "bad decisions." And even if you are the victim yourself, sitting around wallowing in self-pity wondering where you went wrong, but never bothering to actually learn why you just had to apply for foodstamps, much less formulating a practical plan to deal with poverty. Nevertheless, the information is right at your fingertips, here, and here, and here, and here. The reasons that things are so bad for so many people is no mystery, yet so many of us walk around in a daze, overwhelmed, zombified, and willfully ignorant.

Well, without further distraction, let's get to the video here. And don't be put off by the guy's messy hair-do, don't go thinking to yourself  "oh what the hell is THAT guy gonna teach ME?" What he says is brilliant...

And now that you've seen that, this begins to make a lot more sense...

Border War: The Blind Eye of America

Editor's note: This article comes from another site and I thought it was pretty interesting. I have no beef at all with immigrants or Latinos specifically, but I do have a problem with ILLEGAL immigration.

*  *  *

While the United States has spent almost a decade chasing down an invisible, some might even say imaginary enemy on the other side of the planet, a very real war at home has been completely ignored by our political leaders and largely left out of the mainstream media. No one seems to want to talk about the fact that the U.S. is being invaded by a very real, active, and potent enemy. Headlines like "Marijuana plants seized" downplay what is happening here at home, while headlines like "Al-Qaeda mastermind behind slaughter of U.S. troops" dominate the short attention span of the average American viewer. The truth of the matter is far more chilling than any politician or mainstream media source will ever admit.

Let us set aside many of the more common debates about illegal immigration, such as the damaging impact on the economy, on labor bargaining, the tax burden, infrastructure, etcetera. Instead let us focus on the mortal danger posed to Americans as a people, which stems from our ignore-the-border policy and the nefarious politics behind it. Advocates of illegal immigrants would have you believe that most people who cross the southern US border from Mexico are simple hard-working law-abiding folk, and that only the occasional bad apple floats across the Rio Grande or tumbles through desert tunnels. The truth is that millions of sworn gang members, gang affiliates, narco-terrorists, and bona-fide political insurgents here in the US are illegal immigrants, to say nothing of your average run-of-the-mill rapists and murderers. These gangs and criminal enterprises are far more lethal and organized than some family in Iraq or Afghanistan protecting their home from rampaging troops out gallivanting through the desert. The subversive political agenda of Aztlan is a direct threat to the sovereignty of the US and well funded by narco-dollars. While we are out chasing ghosts on the other side of the world, we have been invaded by a guerilla armies, millions strong, harboring ideology of racial supremacy known as La Raza, and bent on the destruction of America as we know it. They are not here to take part in the American dream, but to overrun it.

This is not to say that all illegals are narco-warriors and racists of course. If there weren’t genuine working class people just trying to get by and feed their kids, there would be little to pull at the heartstrings of gullible Americans or make an effective camouflage for the murderous infiltrators. But rather than become Americans, most illegals would rather send money “home” or insist that America adapt to them as if we were the uninvited guest. If someone has just broken into your house, eaten your ice cream and pissed in your couch, it is naive to suddenly expect they will observe the rules and customs of the household, regardless of whatever justification is put forth for their behavior. But rather than addressing the broken lock on the back door, our political leadership ignores it and panders to the sympathizers. There is no nobility in racist ideology, there is no noble cause to reclaim lost lands because Latinos are not in fact indigenous peoples, illegal immigrants are not persecuted refugess seeking freedom in the US, this is an invasion and wholesale looting of America by very powerful, organized and violent criminal empires.

In Mexico there is open warfare among these factions, that has claimed the lives of an estimated 28,000 people in the last four years. That is roughly double the amount of deaths in Afghanistan for the same time period. Is this the Aztlan dream? Is this the promise of La Raza? Mexicos’s intelligence agency director Guillermo Valdes stated in a meeting with his President Felipe Calderon that drug violence in Mexico “is still growing” despite the government crackdown that began in 2006. Yet the US does not see fit to intercede by aiding Mexico to better their circumstances effectively, or at the very least to protect our own population from the spillover of the narco wars through political pressure and serious border security. There is no such tidy estimate as the one above for the number of related deaths in America, but it is safe to assume that most drug and gang-related deaths in this country lead back to the cartels. Prison gangs like the Mexican Mafia, and the brutal Salvadoran street gang MS -13 who are some 70,000 strong, have been imported here but take their orders from places south of the border. Everyday more violent gangs of illegals take up residence in the US while at the same time new chapters or “sets” of more traditional street gangs such as the Crips and the Bloods spring up in newly established communities of illegal immigrants.

While the director of Mexican intelligence reports that they have seized $411 million in American currency, and 84,000 weapons since their crackdown began years ago, here in the Sierra Nevada Mountains of California one drug bust alone wiped out a pot farm worth $1.7 billion. Four times the value of Mexico’s four year war on drugs. After a similar bust in the Sequoia National Park two years ago, John Walters, director of the National Drug Control Policy, had this to say…

"These aren't Cheech and Chong plants. People who farm now are not doing this for laughs, despite the fact Hollywood still thinks that. “

These plots are not a few scraggly plants scattered around some hippie commune, but mega farms set up in huge swaths of commandeered soil in America’s national parks by Latin-American gangs using dangerous chemicals, fully armed para-military grade security forces and explosive booby-traps, while destroying the natural habitat. Investigations have concluded that a number of major forest fires have been caused by these invaders as well, in places where firefighters had to work with armed escorts and the people of surrounding communities were forced to flee. The profits from these crops are used to finance all sorts of other criminal activity and violence in communities throughout North America. Park rangers are desperately outgunned, and the innocent family on a hiking trip is in very real danger of never being seen again if they stumble across one of these farms.

So what is the Federal government’s answer to this danger? Well in an Arizona national park the answer appears to be making it illegal for an American to be on American land, rather than securing 3500 acres that includes part of the Buenos Aires National Wildlife Refuge, where drug smuggling is so prevalent that the area was closed to civilians by the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service. This is, quite literally, a hostile takeover of sovereign American land and an open surrender by the US government, while we chase an imaginary terrorist organization half a world away. When you look at a map of the United States now, realize that the border you see is not accurate. The Federal government, willingly and without a fight has ceded territory to Mexican drug cartels. The border has been moved, and American soil has been conquered, without so much as a peep from the White House, or a fighting stand by American troops to defend against the invaders. If we shared a border with the Taliban would we tolerate such an assault? Are these invaders not every bit, nay, even more of a threat to the safety of Americans than radical Muslim fundamentalism? Between 2001 and 2007 there were 100,000 murders in America. Now let’s make a blatantly over-conservative guess that only 25% of those murders were drug or gang related. That would still mean that drug gangs have claimed better than ten times as many lives as the attack on September 11.

These well- armed insurgents here at home are better funded than Muslim extremists, are at least twice as active in Mexico as “terrorists” are in Afghanistan, support a doctrine of racial supremacy and are openly calling for the destruction of America. Yet both our political leadership and a huge cross-section of American society turn a blind eye, or openly give sympathy to the invaders as if it were some moral obligation to humanity that we allow them to shoot us, to burn us out of our homes, to rob us of our earnings, to destroy what we have built. The terrorists are right here, not off in some far away land. Their influence reaches all the way to the top echelons of power in the United States. How else can one explain the fact that neither former President Bush, nor our current President Obama has lifted a finger to fight these invaders and to regulate legitimate immigration? Meanwhile they execute a bogus war that was built on false pretense right from the very start. Conservative politicians did nothing to protect us from these insurgents, and I certainly don’t expect liberal politicians to do any better by openly supporting the invasion while actively blocking state and local authority from protecting their sovereignty and even the physical safety of their constituents. There is no exaggeration, we are in fact being invaded by terrorist insurgents who are better armed, more organized, and have greater numbers than the so called “al-Qaeda network.” Our own national political leadership has been subverted and is in league with these foreign invaders from the south. The government of the United States of America no longer represents the American people, but instead does the bidding of hidden powers with dark agendas.

While major media outltes are quick to support the sham called "the war on terror" reporting falsehoods and drawing all sorts of erroneous conclusions about conflict in the middle east, mainstream media sources have scant reporting on the subject matter of domestic insurgents, would certainly never call them what they are, and would not dare put the pieces together to make a factual conclusive report as we have done here. Just a note about the verdict in the Caylee Anthony trial

Remember folks, it's not what you know, it's what you can prove.

And never forget too, Blackstone's Formulation, "It is better that ten guilty persons escape than that one innocent suffer."

You never know when YOU might find yourself on trial for your life for a crime you did not commit.

Just for the record, I didn't even bother to follow this trial. Just a live-action fuckin soap-opera as far as I'm concerned. People are murdered every day, but for some reason the media decided to leech off this particular case and pump it into your homes incessantly.

I foresee, in the very near future the public will go along the totalitarian agenda, abandon the jury system, and allow for summary "trials" where the judge alone renders a verdict and sentence. I think this trial was propaganda to soften up society for just that agenda. Children are murdered every day in this country, so why was this case any different? Because it made for great television, and all the Ameri-zombies were tuned right in, being strung right along all along, just to evoke the very responses that we are seeing today.

Check out our poll question on Facebook:

In the wake of the Anthony verdict, would you support an end to Trial By Jury?

Hometown Martial Law: Wakeup and Smell the Fascism

In this video you will see a woman, a taxpayer, a citizen, clearly expressing her right to free speech. She clearly does so in accordance with the rules of order of the city council. Nevertheless, police move in to arrest her, in direct violation of her Constitutionally protected rights as well as in direct violation of their superior, the Mayor of the city.

It sickens me, it truly makes me nauseous. I challenge any reader to show me a sound, logical rebuttal to my claim that we now live in an openly Fascist police-state which is completely devoid of all Constitutional liberty.

Where I ask you, where the FUCK do YOU draw the line America?!!!!

UPDATED:

Heavy ordinance detonation in Iraq

In the first video you will see the detonation of what is equivalent to 30 tons of TNT quickly followed by a 429-ton detonation, from a range of several miles away.

For some perspective there, the larger blast is less than half of the explosive force of a one-kiloton nuclear detonation. A one-kiloton device is believed to be the world's smallest nuclear bomb today, the so-called "suitcase nuke" in the armory of Russian commandos. For more perspective, consider that the bombs dropped on Japan at the end of WWII were 15 and 21-kiloton blasts, or about 30 and 42 times the size of the blast you will see here in the second detonation. For even greater perspective, the world's largest nuclear bomb, also a Russian device, created a blast more than 100,000 times as large as the one you are about to see.

After you have seen these vids, be sure to check out the "Nuke Your City" page, and see how different nuclear bombs might affect your hometown.

In the following videos you will see the Camp Falcon ammo dump detonate ordinance uncontrollably after an attack by insurgents. Some people believed that a tactical nuclear device had been detonated, but it was clearly conventional ordinance for a number of reasons, including the fact that the blasts we see are less than a kiloton.

First, a long-range shot broadcast by al_Jazeera, followed up by some inline links of footage filmed by US personnel...

Nuke Your City!

(The work has been done for you. Check out this link for a frame-by-frame basic presentation of NYC getting nuked and what it might look like as far away as Poughkeepsie, halfway to the state capital.)

Do you like playing with fireworks? Ever have the urge to level a city? Maybe the town where your ex lives? Use this cool tool to drop a bomb anywhere Google has mapped. Select from low-yield devices, like the "1-kiloton "suitcase nuke" used by Russian commandos. Or the 6-kiloton the device recently detonated by North Korea's "Dear Leader." Maybe try the classic 15 and 21-kiloton Little Man and Fat Boy bombs dropped on Japan at the end of World War II. From there, move on up to other devices deployed by various nations around the world. Or, go for the big one. By far the most powerful nuclear bomb ever built and largest explosion mankind has ever created... Tsar Bomba.

From there, you can select to see the effects of thermal radiation, blast pressure, and radioactive fallout. You can even select wind direction to see how fallout will affect an area with various prevailing winds. Click on the "pin" at your centered location to read the legend of what different shades of different effects would actually mean to the people and structures within the blast radius.

Enjoy...

The unsolved mystery of the 4th of July

While it appears that most zombie-Americans have forgotten why we celebrate a holiday on the 4th of July, it is no shame to admit that you never heard about the Mysterious Speech of the Unknown. A powerful speech made by a man who's identity is lost to time and omitted from the pages of history. A speech which may have swayed the delegates of the First Continental Congress away from their fears, and to meet their destiny, indeed the destiny of a nation, head-on. A speech which galvanized the resolve of the signatories of the Declaration of Independence to commit high-treason against the King and become the founders of these United States of America.

In his book, The Secret Destiny of America, philosopher Manly P. Hall sets the stage writing...

"On July 4, 1776, in the old State House in Philadelphia, a group of patriotic men were gathered for the solemn purpose of proclaiming the liberty of the American colonies. From the letters of Thomas Jefferson which are preserved in the Library of Congress, I have been able to gather considerable data concerning this portentous session... There were several speeches. In the balcony patriotic citizens crowded all available space and listened attentively to the proceedings. Jefferson expressed himself with great vigor; and john Adams, of Boston, spoke and with great strength. The Philadelphia printer, Dr. Benjamin Franklin, quiet and calm as usual, spoke his mind with well chosen words. The delegates hovered between sympathy and uncertainty as the long hours of the summer day crept by, for life is sweet when there is danger of losing it. The lower doors were locked and a guard was posted to prevent interruption."

We also have this telling, from Washington and His Generals: or, Legends of the Revolution by George Lippard...

"By signing the Declaration, all were guilty of high treason under British law. The penalty for high treason was to be hanged by the neck until unconscious, then cut down and revived, then disemboweled and cut into quarters. The head and quarters were at the disposal of the crown... and that pale-faced man, shrinking in one corner, squeaks out something about axes, scaffolds, and a–gibbet!

'Gibbet!' echoes a fierce, bold voice, that startles men from their seats–and look yonder! A tall slender man rises, dressed–although it is summer time–in a dark robe. Look how his white hand undulates as it is stretched slowly out, how that dark eye burns, while his words ring through the hall."

And now, without further ado...

THE SPEECH OF THE UNKNOWN

"Gibbet? They may stretch our necks on all the gibbets in the land–they may turn every rock into a scaffold–every tree into a gallows, every home into a grave, and yet the words on that Parchment can never die!

"They may pour our blood on a thousand scaffolds, and yet from every drop that dyes the axe, or drips on the sawdust of the block, a new martyr to Freedom will spring into birth!

"The British King may blot out the Stars of God from His sky, but he cannot blot out His words written on the Parchment there! The works of God may perish–His Word, never!

"These words will go forth to the world when our bones are dust. To the slave in the mines they will speak–hope–to the mechanic in his workshop–freedom–to the coward-kings these words will speak, but not in tones of flattery. No, no! They will speak like the flaming syllables on Belshazzar's wall–

THE DAYS OF YOUR PRIDE AND GLORY ARE NUMBERED!

THE DAYS OF JUDGMENT AND REVOLUTION DRAW NEAR!

"Yes, that Parchment will speak to the Kings in a language sad and terrible as the trump of the Archangel. You have trampled on mankind long enough. At last the voice of human woe has pierced the ear of God, and called His Judgment down! You have waded on to thrones over seas of blood–you have trampled on to power over the necks of millions–you have turned the poor man's sweat and blood into robes for your delicate forms, into crowns for your anointed brows. Now Kings–now purpled Hangmen of the world–for you come the days of axes and gibbets and scaffolds–for you the wrath of man–for you the lightnings of God!–

"Look! How the light of your palaces on fire flashes up into the midnight sky!

"Now Purpled Hangmen of the world–turn and beg for mercy!

"Where will you find it?

"Not from God, for you have blasphemed His laws!

"Not from the People, for you stand baptized in their blood!

"Here you turn, and lo! a gibbet!

"There–and a scaffold looks you in the face.

"All around you–death–and nowhere pity!

"Now executioners of the human race, kneel down, yes, kneel down upon the sawdust of the scaffold–lay your perfumed heads upon the block–bless the axe as it falls–the axe that you sharpened for the poor man's neck!

"Such is the message of that Declaration to Man, to the Kings of the world! And shall we falter now? And shall we start back appalled when our feet press the very threshold of Freedom? Do I see quailing faces around me, when our wives have been butchered–when the hearthstones of our land are red with the blood of little children?

"What are these shrinking hearts and faltering voices here, when the very Dead of our battlefields arise, and call upon us to sign that Parchment, or be accursed forever?

"Sign! if the next moment the gibbet's rope is round your neck! Sign! if the next moment this hall rings with the echo of the falling axe! Sign! By all your hopes in life or death, as husbands–as fathers–as men–sign your names to the Parchment or be accursed forever!

"Sign–and not only for yourselves, but for all ages. For that Parchment will be the Text-book of Freedom–the Bible of the Rights of Man forever!

"Sign–for that declaration will go forth to American hearts forever, and speak to those hearts like the voice of God! And its work will not be done, until throughout this wide Continent not a single inch of ground owns the sway of a British King!

"Nay, do not start and whisper with surprise! It is a truth, your own hearts witness it, God proclaims it.–This Continent is the property of a free people, and their property alone. [17-second applause] God, I say, proclaims it!

"Look at this strange history of a band of exiles and outcasts, suddenly transformed into a people–look at this wonderful Exodus of the oppressed of the Old World into the New, where they came, weak in arms but mighty in Godlike faith–nay, look at this history of your Bunker Hill–your Lexington–where a band of plain farmers mocked and trampled down the panoply of British arms, and then tell me, if you can, that God has not given America to the free?

[12-second applause]

"It is not given to our poor human intellect to climb the skies, to pierce the councils of the Almighty One. But methinks I stand among the awful clouds which veil the brightness of Jehovah's throne. Methinks I see the Recording Angel–pale as an angel is pale, weeping as an angel can weep–come trembling up to that Throne, and speak his dread message–

"`Father! the old world is baptized in blood! Father, it is drenched with the blood of millions, butchered in war, in persecution, in slow and grinding oppression! Father–look, with one glance of Thine Eternal eye, look over Europe, Asia, Africa, and behold evermore, that terrible sight, man trodden down beneath the oppressor's feet–nations lost in blood–Murder and Superstition walking hand in hand over the graves of their victims, and not a single voice to whisper, "Hope to Man!"'

"He stands there, the Angel, his hands trembling with the black record of human guilt. But hark! The voice of Jehovah speaks out from the awful cloud–`Let there be light again. Let there be a New World. Tell my people–the poor–the trodden down millions, to go out from the Old World. Tell them to go out from wrong, oppression and blood–tell them to go out from this Old World–to build my altar in the New!'

[11-second applause]

"As God lives, my friends, I believe that to be his voice! Yes, were my soul trembling on the wing for Eternity, were this hand freezing in death, were this voice choking with the last struggle, I would still, with the last impulse of that soul, with the last wave of that hand, with the last gasp of that voice, implore you to remember this truth–God has given America to the free!

[13-second applause]

"Yes, as I sank down into the gloomy shadows of the grave, with my last gasp, I would beg you to sign that Parchment, in the name of the God, who made the Saviour who redeemed you–in the name of the millions whose very breath is now hushed in intense expectation, as they look up to you for the awful words–`You are free!'"

The speaker then fell exhausted into his seat. But when the fervor of the room had died down, and the delegates turned back to speak with the man, he had disappeared from the locked hall. His name was never recorded, and none present claimed to know who he was.

It is more than likely that we will never know the identity of the mysterious man who may have been the single most important person in the history of the United States, but some have guessed that it may have been the enigmatic Comte de Saint Germain.

As a footnote here, there is a bizarre coincidence recorded in the pages of history that I find truly bizarre. Two friends but also political rivals, were the only two signatories of the Declaration of Independence to also become President of the United States. (No, George Washington did not sign the Declaration.) Fifty years later to the day of the events described above both men, Thomas Jefferson and John Adams, died on July 4th 1826. On his deathbed, John Adams is said to have muttered, "Jefferson lives," not knowing that the fellow Founding Father had in fact had expired only hours earlier.

Ex-cop charged in 1957 slaying of little girl

Seattle resident Jack Daniel McCullough, born John Tessier, is charged with the murder of Maria Ridulph, who disappeared from a street corner in small-town Sycamore, Illinois on December 3, 1957. Her skeletal remains were found about five months later, 100 miles away from where she had disappeared. Police did suspect the former neighbor Tessier for a time, but he initially provided an alibi. The case went cold after he joined the military and changed his name.

During the 1970's the man worked as a police officer. While some reports quote former co-workers as not being able to reconcile the man they worked with as being someone who could do such a thing, other reports indicate that he was actually fired from his job as a police officer and had a trail of molestation accusations against him.

Motorcyclist dies protesting NY helmet law

The biker had to slam on his brakes during the ride, fishtailed, went over the handlebars, and landed on his head according to the article. According to State Police he would have likely survived had he been wearing a helmet.

Personally, I think that one should wear a helmet, but I also think that you can't legislate good sense. We don't need a friggin law for everything.
