These officer had plenty of options at there disposal here. They even had lethal force options present, why they chose not to go for it I don't know. Last time I checked the vehicle is a really big slow moving bullet and can do the job.

Lol. I'm not a Brit. But just the same, when was the last time you heard about British coppers shooting an innocent man in the back on a subway platform, or sitting on a motorcycle stopped at a stop sign? When was the last time a Brit SWAT team went in and executed a war veteran in front of his wife and kids in his own home?
