NYPD Black Market PBA Card Investigation

Interesting report here from Channel 4, but I think it falls a little short. You'll see what I mean after the reporter's wrap up in the end of the clip.

So the problem is not the favoritism, but that the average citizen is getting a hold of these cards? No investigation into the practice of ticket-fixing, just an investigation into the fat guy on his Rascal who got caught selling collectibles. It really just does go to show, once again, that there are two sets of law in this country. One for citizens, and one for the police.
